The concept of this performance package is to establish fundamental movement patterns to decrease injury and increase the movement skills that will help athletes play the sport of football at an elite level. The initial session will focus on basic running technique and body movement. As the athlete become proficient with these skills our goal will shift to maximizing mechanics in acceleration and top end speed. Throughout the program, the athletes will utilize the newly developed skills and apply them in their sport specific play.

Primary time – Thursdays 5PM-6:30PM February 2 to March 16 – Capacity 12 players
Secondary time (if primary time exceeds capacity) – Wednesdays 5PM-6:30PM Feb 1 to March 15 – Capacity 12 players
